A natural progression

FBD is one of Ireland’s largest and longest-established insurers. The company was originally founded to service the needs of the agricultural community, but has since evolved into a major insurance provider, offering a full range of consumer products to the population as a whole.

The brief from the client was simple: completely refresh their visual identity, while remaining true to their roots and ethos.

The new brand identity incorporates the FBD Oak and Swallow, reflecting the company’s promise: ‘Protection. It’s in our nature’. Every touchpoint of the brand communications has been reimagined and reinvigorated through brave use of colour, typography and message.
