The Aim

Neueda is a successful technology business specialising in leadership training for enterprise level organisations.

Following the acquisition of the business in 2021 by tech giant Version 1, the management of the 5G wing of the company decided to go it alone.

The ask of Dynamo was to help shape a bold proposition, new name and striking brand identity for what was to come.

The Game

Neueda 5G has unparalleled expertise in helping large organisations migrate their entire technology platforms to the new 5G universe. The 200 strong workforce based in Athlone, deliver major 5G connectivity transformation to companies such as Ericsson and Citibank.

Through a number of stakeholder interviews and immersion sessions we instantly absorbed the infectious energy within the wider team. Clearly, Neueda 5G was a destination for highly talented and ambitious engineers looking to change the shape of enterprise level connectivity. We came to the realisation, we were working with a NASA-level hothouse, engineering next-generation global connectivity. We became determined to harness this insatiable energy under a brand platform that would do justice to this pioneering spirit of innovation.

After several workshops and client creative sessions, we landed on the name Zinkworks. Inspired by the idea of the business being an industrious workforce, discovering wonderful new technologies with the power to change the world. Coupled with the tagline ‘Next Generation Connectivity’, the new brandname and visual identity is as unique as it is arresting.

The Fame

Both the Zinkworks new name and visual identity were warmly received throughout the business and client base.

The new brand clearly distinguishes itself from all its competitors and effortlessly acknowledges the energy and creativity of a business on the march.

Furthermore, the brand strategy and identity was developed, and launched across all key communications channels within an immensely productive 12 week period.
